This notice explains how VAS Tribology Solutions uses information you provide when asking the ConditionCore team to assess a machine.
What we collect
We may collect your name, work email, company, industry and the machine context you choose to share. Avoid including confidential plant data that is not needed for the assessment.
Why we use it
We use this information to understand your request, review the available condition evidence and contact you about the assessment. An assessment request does not subscribe you to marketing.
How it is handled
The website is hosted by Vercel. When secure form intake is enabled, HubSpot may process assessment submissions on our behalf. When a one-time confirmation receipt is enabled, Resend may process your email address to deliver that operational message. We keep assessment information only for as long as it is reasonably needed to respond, maintain the business relationship or meet legal obligations.
