First machine review

Start with the machine that is changing.

Share one changing asset and the files you already have. The ConditionCore team will confirm what is usable, what remains uncertain and which next check is most valuable.

What happens next

  1. Scope the machineConfirm the machine boundary, decision question and available evidence.
  2. Agree the transferIdentify usable exports and reports, then confirm a suitable transfer route.
  3. Return the reviewProvide a qualified assessment, visible evidence gaps and the next discriminating check.

You do not need a perfect data package

For a useful first review, share what you have:

  • Asset ID, machine train and component in question, such as a motor, gearbox, pump, compressor, hydraulic unit or actuator
  • What changed, when it changed, and the operating state
  • Available raw files, trends, images, motor-current records or laboratory reports
  • Recent maintenance, lubrication or process changes

Tell us which files are available; the team will confirm an appropriate transfer route after the first brief. The review identifies what is usable and which next measurement would reduce uncertainty.
