You do not need a perfect data package
For a useful first review, share what you have:
- Asset ID, machine train and component in question, such as a motor, gearbox, pump, compressor, hydraulic unit or actuator
- What changed, when it changed, and the operating state
- Available raw files, trends, images, motor-current records or laboratory reports
- Recent maintenance, lubrication or process changes
